Check In / Check Out: Our Check In timing is 10 A.M. and Check-out timing is 9 A.M. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability.

No Show, Late Cancellation & Early Departure: Any amendments or cancellations must be reported 24 hours prior to the expected arrival date. Any No Show or Late Cancellations shall be charged with one night accommodation charge.

In case of an early departure, the guest have to pay in full and no refund will be provided.

Availability of Rooms /Categories: All rooms / categories are subject to availability as shown in pictures.

In case of any changes in the tax structure levied by the government, the same would be applicable on the day of check-in.

Children and Extra bed Policy:All Children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child from 5 to 9 years charged INR 350.00 per night when using existing beds. One child from 9 to 18 years each charged INR 550.00 per night with extra mattress. Breakfast charges are extra.We don’t provide cribs in the room.

Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cancellation policy over the past several weeks to the evolving nature of this epidemic. Today, we are updating our policy to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival if the booking is made via our official website.

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our hotel is working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance from the government and WHO on hygiene and cleaning. Our hotel health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. Specific steps we are taken for your healthy stay.
